tonight we melt our faces off

going to a show tonight with a small group. we are going to see the group pendulum which is a drum + bass band from australia. i told all my friends i would pay for the tickets in case they didn’t like it. i keep telling everyone it is going to be a face melter!
julian, who is going to the show, found this youtube video below and i cried laughing when i first watched it. i can only hope that tonight is going to be like this:

How was the show? I seriously called about 25 people asking if they wanted to go with me, and all but 4 said some variation of “techno sucks.” And the 4 that were into it couldn’t go. But I love the band, and if it wasn’t for this post I wouldn’t know about them, so thank you for that.
