technology on the rise while banks crumble

September 17, 2008

as most know, our country is in some deep financial shit right now.

The Gross National Debt

well, while we loose footing on national financial security, there is progress being made all over in the technology realm. straight up breakthroughs. i won’t turn this into a conspiracy post but this is the ingrediants for the new world order. ok enough.

below is a video for a new tech company called swype which has a new found way of typing… or shall i say swyping. screens on devices are getting smaller and they are all about to be touch screen – so why not rethink the way you type (or text) for the sake of efficiency and carpal tunnel. *see my business partners hands.

that shit is b a n a n a s. people are going to eventually loose their fingerprints from rubbing that screen so much.

on the banking side i feel that most of the nation has little to no sympathy for these big boys that are crumbling. i mean outside of protecting your own cash and assets why would you have concern for a banking institution? they are a necessary evil with rules in which we all comply. damn i am on a soap box lately.

anyways, this video below made my day. this live news anchor is reporting on a historical and tragic day while these two dudes in the back decide to get totally hot for each other. i love how they don’t crack a smile the entire time and how the hq anchor chicka tries to reel it in. it looks like they are consoling each other…

yesssss1!1!

On a brighter note, Taco Bell still has its 79 cent menu.
