i have mixed feelings about this video. on one hand i think it is very creative and well done. on the other hand i am not all that into the message of darkness. i mean you got this pedobear that is tracking this little girl so you want justice – you are kinda pumped that she is kicking the shit out of him. but then you start to realize that she is being fueled by this alien like demon and that this thing is responsible for luring in many other victims.

doesn’t it seem like the darkness that is fueling him is the same darkness that is fueling her? so you are applauding murder over pedophilia?

i had a lot of people send me this video with a message down the lines of this is the most amazing video i have ever seen – and i guess i was left feeling bad after watching it. what does it make you feel?

my favorite thing about these cats is that they represent south africa so hard. in an interview they said “we always listen to music from people that are not from america and they sing like they are from america in american accents. we wanted to sound like we are from south africa in our natural accent because that is where we are from and it is different. and we are next level.” – so cool.

my warning: this video is violent and down right hard to watch. however, i think it depicts a very real world fueled by violence and inequality. i also really like m.i.a.

it’s interesting how intimidating men must feel with guns. but it doesn’t register to me. like one guy has a gun and the other doesn’t so the guy with the gun just yells and hits cause he can… but in the end he is a coward.

put the gun down. now let’s both take a knife and see where we can take this. cool?

gotta admit, i dig this song. i have heard it a couple of times so i decided to look it up and this is the video i found. i was hoping for something a little less expected than this but oh well. the guy is creepy i guess – and i know if i was there i would probably want to fight him for the simple fact that he doesn’t have a computer on his desk. come on dude, what are you going to get done with a phone and a pencil?

also, i noticed that if you watch it with the mindset that the darsh is gay it becomes much less interesting.

i later found the original version of the song and the video is much more appealing. i figured that if the word creep is in the title it should at least be a little weird.

going to a show tonight with a small group. we are going to see the group pendulum which is a drum + bass band from australia. i told all my friends i would pay for the tickets in case they didn’t like it. i keep telling everyone it is going to be a face melter!

julian, who is going to the show, found this youtube video below and i cried laughing when i first watched it. i can only hope that tonight is going to be like this:

i thought this was cool since i have always kinda been into ants. they are like mother natures largest cult. they like speak different languages, perform complex surgeries and have established colonies on other planets. and this video is proof.

i feel like if fema was like these ants then we would be in good hands. i could even live with phil collins being in charge…

i thought the best part of this video is when they are grooming phil – i wish you could see the inner thoughts of the stylist…

ok, all i have to do is make this crazy brit look less… uh… british.
