wtf is the fear index and why in the hell do we have it? well apparently it is called the VIX which stand for chicago board options exchange market volatility index – barf. here is a bit from wikipedia on the subject:

VIX is a popular measure of the implied volatility of S&P 500 index options. Often referred to as the fear index or the fear gauge, it represents one measure of the market’s expectation of stock market volatility over the next 30 day period.

interesting that stock market volatility is measured by straight up fuggin’ fear. this headline is priceless.

my buddy julian sent me this article on cnn titled poll: 52 percent approve of god’s job performance. it doesn’t get any better than this!

i love the if god exists disclaimer before the questions since it pretty much negates the outcome of the survey. it might as well be something like – if you could shit gold, where would you spend it?

well look at this. the media is promoting ufo stuff at an all time rate. not to mention i have been hearing from a lot of people that they are seeing strange things in the sky.

well this video filmed over phoenix is definitely a highlight. according to cnn, the sandstorm was apparently of epic proportions.

the media is going to continue to push the alien agenda. our entertainment is saying it all. the recent movie paul for example even goes through the concept that the government has been marketing aliens since the late 40′s so that we wouldn’t freak out when the time came to merge.

this screen cap of cnn is such a blatant form of propaganda. they probably made the 9-11 r.i.p. sign minutes before the pic.

no one is reading between the lines. if you look into the official fbi most wanted paperwork, osama was never proven to be responsible for 9/11 he was only a suspect. however now that he is dead, and it is 10 years later, the media is making it sound as if sweet justice has taken place and that we got our revenge.

they even did a wack job on the photoshop:

dead or alive it doesn’t change the fact that our government facilitated and orchestrated everything that took place on september 11th. before you get all mad at me and call me unpatriotic take time to look into it – but don’t rely on government owned media outlets for your information. loose change is a good start.

nothing about this event in history went the way the news said it did. like nothing.

on top of this it is amazing how fox news can never pull their shit together. if i was in charge of the guy who is in responsible for on screen copy i would fire his ass.

today, according to web bot and other sources, there is supposed to be some sort of shift or event in the world. naturally being interested in this i started to pull a few things together i thought were interesting to look at. i know this violates my goal of quitting the news but today i had to look around.

ufo sighted: chinese airport shuts down – july 10th

i found this story on daily mail – click here to view it

A Chinese airport was closed after this mysterious object was spotted in the sky.

Arcing over Zhejiang’s provincial capital Hangzhou, the UFO appeared to glow with an eerie white light and left a bright trail in its wake.

Xiaoshan Airport was closed after the UFO was detected at around 9 pm and dozens of flights had to be diverted.

despite the amount of people who witnessed this and the airport closing, this story was not to be found on any of the major news sites:

solar eclipse of july 11, 2010

we are to have a solar eclipse today that will last at maximum coverage for 5 minutes and 20 seconds. the part that is the most interesting about this event today is that it will pass over easter island.

bp to install new cap on well

bp will be removing an existing cap, which will make the oil leak temporarily worse, in order to attempt to put a new cap on. this peak amount of oil being released will be in line with the solar eclipse. while i tend to sound like i know what removing and replacing a cap means, i have no idea. none of us do. you can read the story here

today i quit the news

as of late i have been drawn close to the law of attraction which essentially states that what we think, we become. so with this i have started to audit the things i choose to invest my thoughts and energy into to see what things i should purge from my life.

the first thing that came into my mind was the news. i realized that no matter how much information i ingest day to day my life doesn’t improve. in fact i dwell on all of the things they push which focus on death, despair, disorder and a whole slew of other downer words starting with the letter d.

so, that being said. i removed my bookmarks that all link to news sites and i am deciding to not read the news anymore. does this mean i will be able to avoid the news entirely? no. i am sent many links and i am constantly digging around online. however i can avoid choosing to engage with the news.

and i start today.

it is interesting that while we blame everyone and their sister in the middle east for 9/11 they all call shenanigans. osama bin laden even warned about the attacks a few days before 9/11 saying that what is about to happen has absolutely nothing to do with him or his people. hell, i could go on and on about all the anomalies of 9/11 – i just wanted to post this picture cause i thought it was profound. plus it looks like he is listening to U2 on his ipod. read the story here

speaking of this stuff i spent some time doing some time lapse videos off my deck this weekend watching the clouds. i know i am a nut case about chemtrails and i am always pointing them out but it dawned on me that it would look much more impactful if you were to snap pictures over a span of time. my time lapse is cool, no doubt – but then i found this gem below. yes it is 4 minutes long but watch it. it takes place in france and runs from essentially 6am to 10pm.

it almost looks fake. a lot of people call me an idiot for posting this stuff. but no one ever has a good explanation wtf this is. i for one am fascinated.
