Oh man. What happened to the driver?

I (in my car) was hit by the Max right by Lloyd center in the spring of 1999. The fact that we weren’t killed was completely miraculous. I was accused of running a red light, but in reality myself and the train driver had conflicting signals, both with a green light. At the time the Max was really political in PDX and my case just “mysteriously” disappeared as though nothing ever happened…
