i am signing up for martial arts

walking to work this morning the voice of god hit me and said – learn to fight – so i am signing up for some form of martial arts in portland. already selected the dojo. now i just need to figure out what art of martial i want to go into. i know so little. but not for long.

Jeet Kune Do… this is the style that the man “BRUCE LEE” invented. Im pretty sure he kicked ass so if you study his style you will kick ass too.

Diggs. I have also given this one some serious thought and consideration ever since I got my clock cleaned by Peter Fanberg in the 4th grade. Turns out there’s like a bazillion different styles of martial arts. I propose we turn this into a research project. Pick your style (aikido, ju jitsu etc..) and I will pick mine. After a reasonable training period we will hold a du-ell to the death. The sole survivor will have discovered the dominant fighting style. Just an idea…

I know how quick you are with those two aluminum pointy sticks you swing around with reckless abandon. That has to translate to marshall arts.
