i acutally wouldn’t mind this

this dude in NYC lives in a 78 square foot apartment and pays $800 a month for it.
i lived in a 440 square foot studio for 5 years and i loved it. granted i wouldn’t pay $800 for 78 square feet but i do like the idea of not owning more than i need and having to get creative with small amounts of space.
maybe it’s easier said than done. and i am sure it would have a slight impact on my social life with the ladies lady.

I’d live anywhere with you, but I don’t know if Vera + Dottie would like such a small space…My shoes + nail polish wouldn’t like it either.
