i took the screen shot above from the website thru-you.com to explain the video you are about watch below. this should make you feel extremely uncreative since it is so dope.
but wait there’s more! not sure if anyone remembers that shaved head fitness chick named susan powter but i came across this video and i loved it. yes, susan is a bit nuts but i love it – she was always my favorite flash in the pan exercise freak. billy blanks can eat a dick.

Interesting note: my username on a message board I frequent is uncreative. I couldn’t think of anything else…
And I saw that first video a little while ago and was amazed. I wonder how many hours were spent making it. And what’s awesome, is not only is it a really cool concept that was executed to perfection, but it’s also a really good song.
