5 extra years

February 28, 2013

ah the innocence of children. this is a very well done video asking kids what they would do if they had 5 more years to live. it’s great to see the sweetness of children focusing on things that bring them joy and have meaning. you won’t hear a kid say i want to effect the bottom line return on investment for the share holders in the 4th fiscal quarter… – instead you hear answers like i want more hamsters.

turns out this is a video by designedtomove.org to bring attention to america’s fat kiddies:

Today’s kids are the first generation with a shorter life expectancy than their parents. What would you do with 5 more years?

i am just glad to know that coke isn’t to blame.

get that girl some wood!
