a simple weather report

this is a site that simply lets you know if you need an umbrella or not. i guess nothing else really matters. even though it is a little dorky, i love sites like this. simple yet entertaining. much like a potato bug (or rolli poli to the southerner).

the site has one slick feature where you can put in your phone # and it will text you every day you will need an umbrella. this would be a really slick marketing site for an actual umbrella company. if product based companies start to think this way then they will be ahead of the curve without a doubt. much like less accounting and their we all hate quickbooks website.

this picture below has been considered the best/worst hurricane ike picture yet. i bet this guy wishes he used umbrella today. stoopid.

oh yeah, in other news. our world is going to hell in a hand basket. rumors that wamu is on the chopping block. no surprise that there isn’t a lot of sympathy for them. i guess i would be a little bummed since it took me forever to memorize my checking account number.
