My name is Benjamin Cavanagh Diggles.

I am the web director + co-founder of db clay. I am 28, happily married + living in Portland, Oregon. I don't have many reasons for keeping this blog. I tend to talk about emerging web culture + how ridiculous the media is but the majority of this site consists of stuff that makes me smile. find archives here

I fear neckties + 2012 + I have mild OCD but I will always post, so please come back or subscribe to my rss feed. Feel free to leave a comment + not be an asshole. Relax, none of this means a thing. You can check out my portfolio here.
You can contact me here for whatever reason. Cheers!

About Me

turd break in the sky

Posted: June 2, 2008

10% of me thinks this is really cool - the other 90% screams nerdy!

so, these dudes came up with the idea of dangling people above various settings so they can eat dinner. so you can enjoy the sensation of floating while stuffing your face and getting drunk.

for some reason though all i can think about are all the bad things that could happen. maybe that is because i am continually become more obsessive compulsive. um, like - what if you had a case of the shits? do they outline the bathroom breaks before take off? i bet you $100 they have had someone shit their pants while swinging above ground. that i guess, would be a sensation in itself.

worth every last ass penny.

i don’t know what’s worse: having dinner trapped on a swinging platform as one of the cables breaks, or having dinner trapped under the ocean when a massive leak implodes your air bubble dining room.

What if someone choked? No one would be rushing over to help him out. Geez.
