who takes katu’s pictures? oliver stone?

I have started to notice that katu has had some pretty dramatic pictures lately. i first noticed it when i saw the wheelchair picture below that i posted on a while back. and now we have a shoe in the road. snap!
i wonder how many pics the guy got turned down on. so this is a nice treatment of natural light on the brains blending with the side walk - if you want a closer look we can adjust the contrast
pause… um oliver, this isn’t working out, can we see that shoe on the asphalt treatment again?

No kidding. I also love how observant you are of th absurdity and melodramatic tendencies of Portland news in general.
As for the photography, I don’t think it’s garishness is particularly appropriate. Unfortunately it probably is effective in attracting an audience.
IMO, anything is better than the fucking storm alert though.
