i want a transformer

am i the only one who is wondering where steven spielberg is getting his dinosaurs and transformers? i went to see the official transformers movie last night with my good pal julian and it was a kick in the pants. we both enjoyed it thoroughly. don’t get me wrong, a movie with a budget this big is famous for having an onslaught of type casting and stupid lines with comic relief. just try to ignore that hollywood bullshit to see the parts where the transformers beat the spark plugs out of one another - it is sooo cool.

let’s be honest though: this is a total dude movie. hot rods with god like voices demolishing everything in their pathways with rock and roll blaring in the background. bring it. i will probably see this film quite a few more times and i fully support a sequal. check out the trailer below if you have yet to see it.
