katu = kapture all the ugly

living in portland i check the local news site katu all the time. it is my preferred local site mainly because i like the interface and i think it is the cleanest site out of all the local sites available. kgw for example makes you sign up to read the news. retards.

i like to compare national and global news to local news because it is always interesting to see what local cats think is news worthy. katu for example likes to focus on tragedy. i know most media does but from some reason whenever i go to katu it kinda ruins my day.

i love the last one which suggests that this isn’t the first time katu has posted this! it is crazy what things drive ratings - god knows i will never stop reading.
